In the unlikely event that a legal dispute arises relating to this Agreement or the transaction giving rise to this Agreement, Customer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws and courts of our state and agrees that the venue for any such legal dispute shall be in our county in our state in the USA.
  3. NO warranty is given or implied other than what we deem as defective. We must be contacted within 5 days of receipt of the order and the item purchased received by us within 5 additional days (total of 10 days including weekends and holidays and return received not longer than 15 days from our original shipment date) for a replacement of the same purchased product and due to the overwhelming response to the sale of products from this website will to be replaced as soon as possible. If the defective item is not received within the specified 15 days from our original shipment date from us, the replacement is voided.

Online Orders

The online order form was placed on the website for customer convenience.  When filling out the online order form please take special care to make sure everything is correct.  Also be sure to fill out the form to its entirety. This is vital information in regards to your order, once it is submitted it will go into production exactly how you provided it. We will not share your information with anyone, anyway or anyhow.

Order Submission

Once an order is placed, the order is placed into a queue and has begun the production process.Time, money, and materials are consumed within the production process and for this reason no order may be changed or cancelled once placed/submitted.

Once your order is placed we will work diligently to have your products to you in a timely fashion.

Shipping

*Free shipping offer applies to USPS only within the USA. Your products will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified by the customer. All shipping charges other than USPS will be paid in full by customer.  We cannot guarantee arrival time or be responsible for shipping delays including but not limited to, USPS or special carrier for this is out of our control..
